Global  Project 

Project Description: For this project we got to team up with another classmate to compare and contrast two different countries in a number of ways. I paired up with Nina she chose the country Ukraine and I chose North Korea. I found it incredibly interesting that although Ukraine is a little more than 5 times the size of South Korea, the South Korean population is more than 7,000,00 that of Ukraine.  

Lessons Learned:  I learned a lot with creating the PowerPoint and the word document. I haven't made anything in PowerPoint in years, and it definitely has had some major updates and is much more user friendly. I liked using the notes option, that way your presentation and slides don't look to cluttered but you can still get in all the information you want/need. I also have never used built in citation in word and it was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I'm glad I pared with the partner that I did for this project. She shared the working file with me through our OneDrive and we communicated by email. She was extremely helpful and was very quick and respectful at responding back to all of my questions.
