Legendary Shadow Crystal V1
The Legendary Shadow Crystal is incredible. It cycles between 4 modes over the span of 4 days, in the following order: Hydra, Naga, Minotaur and Roc. It stays in each mode for the entire day.
Location: Legends of Lore -> Challenge Gauntlet (Only one heal)
Blood Contract (PREMIUM)
This is the best pure damage misc for general use; it grants a 20% damage boost (multiplied by 4/3 for magic attacks and halved for spells), and it has no upkeep whatsoever. However, when the misc is equipped, you take 14% more damage.
Location: 7500 Z-Token package
Windter Crown (RARE)
This misc is part of the Windter Warrior set, which was available from the Frostval 2016 Giftboxes and is now permanently rare. Windter Crown is great; you gain 50 CHA and a 20% damage boost (multiplied by 4/3 for magic attacks and halved for spells), and all wind damage taken is halved. In addition, you can convert your MurderKillosity into SP by clicking on the crown.

Elahi Irt of Osiris
This misc is the best in the game for spellcasting, and the best light misc period. Despite a huge upkeep cost of 98 SP per turn, you gain 40 STR, 40 INT and 40 END, as well as 10 BTH. When you're hit by a light attack, you instantly heal back half of the damage taken.
Location: Warlic's Shop -> Mastercraft Sets -> Osiris Set
Warlic's Oblivion Sphere
Warlic's Oblivion Sphere is another brilliant option for mages. It has an upkeep of 67 MP per turn, so it doesn't use any SP. It grants 45 INT and 45 LUK, and every turn you have a chance to set the monster's MP to 0 for that round, though they gain it back afterwards.
Location: Valencia -> Golden Giftboxes -> UltraRare Shop
Minotaur's Pride
This is the best warrior misc below LSCV1's Minotaur Day for pure damage. All of your combat defences are lowered by 10, but the item also lowers your earth modifier by 10% and gives 35 STR. In addition, all of your melee damage is multiplied by 1.11.
Location: Legends of Lore -> Minotaur Day
Sword Master Emblem G
This is a great option for those who don't have Blood Contract, since while it has an upkeep cost, it's incredibly low (14 SP every turn). If you're wielding a melee sword then your damage is multiplied by 1.19. If you're wielding a magic sword, then your damage is multiplied by 1.25. Mages may also want to use the Staff Master Emblem, a misc which functions the same way and is available in Warlic's Shop.
Location: Yulgar's Inn -> Advanced Shop -> Shields
RanGer's Scope
This misc is a must-have for both warriors and rangers. All normal player attacks, including skills that are treated as such, and excluding weapon specials and skills that are treated as spells, are multiplied by 1.16 and given 7 BTH.
Location: Robina's Shop -> Quests -> Parakkas Unbound
Cozy Fire Orb (RARE)
Cozy Fire Orb was available during Frostval 2016, and is regrettably now permanently rare. It gives 35 STR, 35 INT, 25 CHA and 25 LUK. On top of that, it increases the BTH of your fire attacks by 10, and it increases your fire damage dealt by 19.5% (the boost is multiplied by 4/3 for magic weapons, so 26%, and halved for spells, so 9.75%).

Greater Water Orb (RARE)
Essentially a water-element clone of the Cozy Fire Orb mentioned above.
Location: None
Terror Visage (Z-TOKEN)
This item is a must-have for those using the Terror set. It grants 40 STR and 40 INT, and halves all darkness damage taken. In addition, every turn you have a chance to inflict Fear, giving the monster a 26% chance of not acting. Guardians can get the level 77 and 117 versions without needing to spend any tokens, and they will be useful throughout the whole game for boosting werewolf's snarl's chance to stun the monster.
Location: Terror Set
Pixel Ether (RARE)
Pixel Ether is an amazing misc item for mages and hybrids, though it is permanently rare now as it was only available from the Frostval 2014 Giftboxes. By clicking on it, you can heal 118 MP at the cost of 98 SP.

Cyclops' Eye
This is a fantastic option for defense. When you're hit by an attack, the misc will set itself to the element you were hit by, and all damage taken from that element will be multiplied by 0.6 from that point on. It will defend against the same element until you're hit by a different one, though it can only shift once per turn.
Location: Legends of Lore -> Cyclops Day
Pendant of The'Galin G
This is another great defensive misc, though it favors Beastmaster builds over pure builds. It gives 50 END and 50 CHA, as well as 10 BTH. In addition, the pendant will halve all damage taken against a different element every turn.
Location: Twilly -> Anniversary Events -> The Dragon of Time -> Devourer
Mana Trap
Mana Trap is a great misc item, though it has a very high upkeep cost of 103 SP per turn. It increases your magic defence by 10, grants 40 DEX and 40 LUK, and halves all magic damage taken throughout the battle. In addition, whenever the monster uses any of its MP, it'll take a fairly large amount of Harm damage afterwards.
Location: Valencia -> Golden Giftboxes -> Rare Shop
Gemini Pendant
This is a good option for Beastmaster builds. Equipping the misc will call a strong guest that seeks between wind and earth, and has an SP upkeep. Both the wind and earth attacks consist of 1 melee hit each.
Location: Guardian Tower -> Guardian Shop
Infernal Djinn Lamp
A great option for Beastmaster mages; equipping the misc will summon a guest that seeks between fire and darkness, and has an MP upkeep.
Location: Warlic's Shop -> Buy Magic Equipment -> Expert Equipment
Paladin's Oath
Paladin's Oath is another great option for Beastmaster builds, mages in particular. It gives 45 CHA, 45 LUK, and boosts your light damage by 18% (24% for magic weapons, 9% for spells). In addition, by clicking on the misc you can summon a powerful light guest with an MP upkeep.
Location: Yulgar's Inn -> Advanced Shop -> Shields
Grakma Harbinger
An incredible misc for Beastmasters which grants 35 CHA and doubles your fire resistance. You can click on the item for two options: the first makes you go berserk, increasing your damage output by 121.95% at the cost of 15.3 BTH. The second calls for a Grakma, an extraordinary fire guest which deals 50% more damage at the cost of only attacking 2/3 of the time. Clicking on its tail will toggle between a pure-damage attack with a +10 BTH lean, and an attack which deals half the damage but inflicts Element Vulnerability (+50% damage, 1 round).
Location: Mt. Thrall -> Hollow's Garage -> I'm here to kick some demon tail!
Shadowfeeder Pendant
This misc is a must-have for all builds, though it favors mages over warriors, as it converts some of your MP into SP every turn. When you click on the pendant, you spend 221 SP for a chance to gain Celerity, allowing you and your pet/guest to attack twice in one turn. The chance to receive the Celerity boost is dependent on your INT and LUK.
Location: Ultimon's Fortress -> Part 3
Love Potion #736 (SEASONAL)
Though it works well enough on its own, it's ideal to pair it with Shadowfeeder Pendant. It grants 50 CHA, and when you click on the misc, you spend 331 SP for a chance to Control the monster, giving them a 100% chance of not acting during the turn.
Location: Snugglefest -> 2008
