Arcane Cutlass of Combustion
This is an incredible weapon; while it has a large damage penalty of -10% (dealing 95.8% the damage of a regular 20% proc weapon after the no-special bonus and +3 BTH lean are factored in), it boosts your fire spell damage by a whopping 28.125%.
Location: Valencia -> Golden Giftboxes -> UltraRare Shop
Bloodzerker's Blazing Sword
Outstanding no proc with a small HP cost for 20% melee/25% magic more damage for a total of 25% more damage. Magic/Melee compression. It has a Full Set Bonus with Blazing Bloodzerker to get a further 10% additive boost.
Unstoppable Grakma Stinger

A spell booster for water spells. Normal attack is a 100% proc 2-hit special. Gives an 18% multiplicative boost to any water spells cast.
Location: Deren Castle -> Up x3 -> Library -> Visit Nel!
Mystic Long Talon (RARE)
This weapon was only available from the Frostval 2016 Giftboxes, so it's permanently rare now. It's 0% proc, and you can boost its damage by a maximum of 20% through the use of Murderkillosity, which is gained by killing monsters while wearing pieces of the Windter Warrior set.
Location: None
Divine Kazemai Athame
This is another fantastic option, and unlike Mystic Long Talon it's a non-rare quest item. It has a +3 BTH lean and no special, thus making it deal 5.2% more damage than a 20% proc magic weapon. In addition, all wind spells gain 7.5 BTH with the weapon equipped.
Location: Bridge to the Sky -> Imperial Regalia

Arctic Athame is phenomenal, and pairs inordinately well with Cryomancer Bloodmage. Weapon attacks deal -10% damage. However, your ice spells deal +18.75% damage, plus an additional 18.75% if the monster's INT is above 0.

Location: Guardian Tower -> Guardian Shop
Guardian NightSever (SEASONAL)
This is the best option for earth, though considering how little competition it has that's not saying much. It has no special, so it deals 109% damage. It triggers on the following categories: Flying, Undead, Were, Plant, Robot, Dragon, Dragonkin, Insect, Scaley, Fish, Zard and Cute. If the monster happens to belong to any of those categories, then it deals +2% damage, and against a monster belonging to multiple categories, this effect will stack. In addition, if the monster belongs to 3 or more categories, the weapon will seek among the 8 standard elements.

Mother's Day Bouquet (RARE)
This weapon was available on Mother's Day 2016, and it hasn't returned since. It has a +3 BTH lean and a special, which occurs 20% of the time and can paralyze the monster. While it's great for those who prefer effects over raw power, NightSever is better overall, not to mention it's only seasonal rather than permanently rare.
Location: None

A fairly bog standard option, but still worth noting nonetheless. It's 20% proc, has a +3 BTH lean, and deals 105% damage if you're part of the Geoto clan. However, it only deals 90% damage if you're not in Geoto.
Location: Paxia Clans -> Geoto -> Shop

Zealot's Wrath (PREMIUM)
This is the best light weapon to have ever been released - at least, for builds that use LUK anyway. It's 0% proc, and it deals 24% more damage than a regular 20% proc weapon (with the no-special bonus factored in). It can freely swap between melee, ranged and magic when clicked; in its ranged state it has a +5 BTH lean, but otherwise it has none. To compensate for the massively increased damage dealt however, you take 11% more damage when using the melee/ranged forms, and you take 8% more damage when using the magic form. In its melee state, your lucky strikes deal x1.5 damage. In its ranged state, your LS rate is multiplied by 1.5. In its magic state, your lucky strikes deal x1.22 damage, and your LS rate is multiplied by 1.22.

Location -> Valencia -> Visit Grumbugly -> Kingdom Breaker Shop
Solar Flair Staff
Already mentioned in the fire section.
Location: Valencia -> Golden Giftboxes -> Rare Shop
Agony's Embrace
Like Zealot's Wrath, this weapon is 0% proc and deals +24% damage at the cost of you taking 8% more damage from monster attacks. However, rather than giving any boost to Lucky Strikes, it instead deals more damage based on how low your HP is.
Location: Valencia -> Golden Giftboxes -> UltraRare Shop
Terror Eater (Z-TOKEN)
This weapon is a must-have if you're getting the terror set, as the synergy the armor, weapon and shield have is immaculate. Rather than the armor skill, your biggest source of damage comes from the weapon itself. You can click the handle to Eat Fear, which removes your opponent's Fear status to unleash a massively powerful attack, and by stacking the status through the armor skill, Eat Fear can do some absolutely mind-numbing damage, even reaching the damage cap on both hits. Though being a Vampire is more ideal for mages, if you're a Werewolf then your subrace armors can suitably replace Terror Raiment thanks to the Snarl ability.
Location: Terror Set
ShadowWalker's Staff of Time (PREMIUM)
If you use the ShadowWalker of Time armor and shield, you may want to consider using the weapon too. The staff is a 0% proc weapon with a damage range of 18-30, and at the end of every turn, you have an 6.4% chance of gaining Celerity, allowing you to attack twice. When used with the armor and shield, this chance is doubled.
Location: Buy Heromart Calendar 2017 "Year of Adventure" -> Redeem code in Master Account
Caladbolg (SEASONAL)
This fantastic weapon returns every year for the February Golden Giftboxes event. It has no special, so it deals +9% damage, and every turn it has a chance to make the monster bleed. If the monster is already bleeding then it gets 5% extra damage.
Location: Valencia -> Golden Giftboxes -> UltraRare Shop
Soul Drinker (RARE)
Can swap between melee and magic, and has a 20% proc special that deals +25% damage. However, if your HP is below 80%, then the special does half and heals your HP for the damage done. If your HP is above 80% but your MP is below 60%, then the special does half the damage and heals your MP for damage done *1.5.
Location: None
Voidsplinter Sunderer

Location: Valencia -> Golden Giftboxes -> UltraRare Shop
Ultimate Dragon Scythe of Elements
This is a phenomenal weapon that compresses all 8 elements, and you can select one by clicking on one of the orbs circling the blade. In addition, you can swap the scythe between melee, ranged and magic. It has no special so it gains 9% extra damage, and it has a -3 BTH lean. However, it has a 15% damage penalty, and you take more damage when using it as well. Still, a rather small cost for such versatility.
Location: Valencia -> Golden Giftboxes -> UltraRare Shop
Sila's Staff
While it's abysmal for attacking normally as it's only level 90, this staff boosts all spell damage by 6.25%. If you have a free weapon slot, definitely consider using it.
Location: Battle of the Sinister 7
Rainbow Raygun
This weapon attempts to switch the monster's elements randomly each turn. You can use it to help cover an element you're missing or to take advantage of a skill or effect that is element locked but it will rely heavily on RNG. Click the back of the gun to switch to scrambler mode and this must be done every turn. Click the front of the gun to switch between magic and ranged damage types.
Location: Battleon -> Rip in the Sky -> Second door on the right -> Adder's forge -> What do you have for sale?
