Although there cannot be any guarantee to finding resolution, I am offering clients the opportunity to use the therapeutic environment to explore issues that are affecting their lives, working together to see if resolution can be reached. Although there are a number of therapeutic styles from which individuals may choose, my approach is faithful to the person-centred, humanistic approach, bringing these skills to all the work that I do, empowering individuals to make their own choices, whilst using the techniques from CBT to effect change in the here and now. A full assessment will be completed at the first session and a collaborative and informed decision can be made to work with CBT, EMDR or counselling to address an individual's needs.
