The house is the first playable level of the game. It is part of the beginning of the narration and introduction to the main game mechanics. This scene plays out the introduction to the story and starts the protagonist's journey. It's the only level playable during the day.
The road that rises from behind the protagonist's house leads to a path that goes up towards the mountain. Here, the grandfather encounters the enemies for the first time, the tutorial introduces the combat mechanics and advances the story by providing the weapon to the protagonist. It also introduces other secondary mechanics through cutscenes.
It's the first map containing enemies to be confronted through gameplay. It presents a maze of trees among which the enemies hide. To progress, the player must identify and access the correct path, which advances the narrative.
The last map of the game's introduction. Here the protagonist meets The Mother for the first time and tries to confront her. This level is not structured as a normal fight, in fact, the grandfather must necessarily lose this first encounter to progress the story.
