We had an incredible showing at the 2023 EOSSAA Track and Field Championship! We had a ton of PBs-many athletes set to peak at exactly the right time this season! We have 16 athletes moving on to East Regionals in Ottawa next week! Congratulations to:
Eoin McTernan, who placed 1st in novice boys discus!
Dylan Leonard, who placed 2nd in the senior boys 200m and set a new ADHS record of 22.94, and placed 2nd in the senior boys 100m!
Sheldon Leonard, who placed 3rd in junior boys 100m hurdles and set a new ADHS record of 15.17!
Cole Cochran, who placed 4th in novice boys 100 hurdles and 6th in the 300m hurdles.
The junior boys 4x100m relay team of Carter Dolliver, Tristam Banks, Wayland Thompson, and Sheldon Leonard, placed 3rd.
Tatum O'Keefe, who placed 4th in the junior girls 800m.
Dan Scott, who placed 4th in senior boys 400m hurdles.
Olivia Bradley, who placed 5th in senior girls shot put.
Euan Bagshaw, who placed 5th in novice boys discus.
Aidan Boisvenue, who placed 6th in senior boys 400m hurdles.
Maddy Guthrie, who placed 6th in senior girls 400m hurdles.
The senior boys 4x100m relay team of Dan Scott, Matthew Stewart, Joe Watters, and Dylan Leonard placed 7th but due to a scratch they have also qualified for East Regionals.
