ADHS Track and Field

This year’s track and field team was small but mighty. A dedicated and coachable group, their hard work paid off in what was an incredibly successful season. Highlights included Sheldon Leonard setting a new senior boys 110m hurdles record of 15.13, and the novice girls 4x100m relay team of Karissa Bianconi, Isabella Kruger, Clara Lowry, and Mya Bianconi placing 4th at East Regionals to qualify for OFSAA, where they ran a personal best time of 52.78 and placed 20th in Ontario (2nd out of the East Region).
