Results 

ADHS had six athletes competing at OFSAA Track & Field at York University in Toronto last week, a huge accomplishment for such a small school. Miss Barr and Mrs. Halladay are incredibly proud of all the athletes for representing Almonte so well at the provincial level:

Nova Holt placed 14th overall in senior girls shot put with a throw of 9.07.

The senior boys 4x100m relay team of Sam Robinson, Dylan Leonard, Ayden Evans, and Nathaniel Lowry placed 18th overall with a time of 45.87.

Jessie Guthrie placed 18th overall in the senior girls 400m hurdles with a time of 1:11.22.

Nathaniel Lowry placed 16th overall in the senior boys 200m, running a personal best time of 22.95 and setting a new ADHS record.
