Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• I worked closely with all the tutors to assist in coordinating classes and ensuring the students are well-informed about everything they need.

• Manage the onboarding process, send out emails, and create schedules for students.

• Planned and organized Webinars, Twitter spaces, and IG lives

• Take part in daily Slack chats

• Weekly write and send out Newsletters

• I also managed a community of about 200 Alumni students, where I share resources, Design news, Job Opportunities, and engage and respond to students daily.

• Also, encourage students to finish their projects.
