Hi, I'm Aderinsola, and I won't be where I am today if not for my Community.

Community is everything; every great community thrives on connection, engagement, and a shared sense of purpose. And that’s where I come in.   

My journey began with a deep love for creating a space where people truly belong, bringing them together to foster meaningful conversations and create impactful experiences. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with various tech academies, startups, and mission-driven organizations, helping them cultivate spaces where people not only join but truly enjoy being a part of them.

From orchestrating large-scale community events that spark collaboration, my work is centered around growth, engagement, and advocacy. Whether it’s through strategic engagement plans, content initiatives, or cross-functional collaborations, I bridge the gap between organizations and their communities, ensuring both sides grow together.

I have been doing this for about 5+ years now, and it has been an amazing experience sharing my talent and skills.
