Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Developed and implemented a community strategy to increase user engagement, satisfaction, and advocacy.
Fostered and maintained active online communities across social media platforms (Telegram and WhatsApp) and discussion forums.
Moderated discussions, ensured prompt responses to user queries, and managed user feedback channels to maintain a positive brand image.
Organized community events (e.g., webinars, AMAs, virtual meetups, Town Halls, Product Roadmap roll-out) to create a sense of belonging and keep users informed about new features and updates.
Developed compelling content for social media, newsletters, blog posts, and press releases that resonated with our target audience.
Worked closely with the product team to communicate new features, updates, and tutorials to the community in a way that’s engaging and easy to understand.
Used tools such as surveys, polls, and focus groups to gather data on user preferences and community sentiment.
Provided monthly reports on community growth, engagement rates, and feedback trends, offering insights into customer needs and opportunities for improvement.
A key project I worked on was a Vision and Finance Mixer that brought together young professionals to have honest conversations about money, saving, and personal finance in February.
My role was end-to-end: from planning the agenda, coordinating speakers, to handling registration, ensuring attendees felt engaged and comfortable sharing. I also hosted the event and anchored a vision-boarding section in the event. Then followed up with attendees after the event.
The impact was clear; beyond sparking meaningful conversations, it positioned Moniger as a brand that genuinely cares about helping people take control of their financial future.
There were about 40+ people in attendance.
