Thank you for volunteering your time to support these children. The experience you are providing can have a lifelong impact on these individuals. Listed below are some expectations for volunteers to help make this experience fun and memorable. The Miracle field is located at the Cibolo Sports Complex next to the parking lot off  S Main Street. It may be hot during these events. It is recommended to bring water and stay hydrated, apply sunscreen and wear a hat to protect from the sun. 

Volunteer Expectations 

• Dress/Attire 

  • • Wear closed-toe shoes.

    • Wear non-revealing athletic apparel. 

• Responsibilities

  • • Arrive by 1:30 p.m. for a short orientation and to ask any questions.

    • Give assistance to players when needed, included but not limited to:

      • • • Hitting, throwing, fielding the ball

          • Putting on and taking off equipment 

          • Rounding the bases

          • Keeping the players safe at all times

    • Please refrain from being on your phones to keep the players engaged and to provide the best experience for these children.

    • Refrain from taking pictures, it may make the players or families uncomfortable.

    • Have fun!
