Sopot, November 20th -22nd
16 teachers from 6 partner countries met in the Polish school. We were solemnly welcomed by out coordinator Aleksandra Rafflewska and the headmaster and were enjoying in songs and dances performed by the younger pupils. During 3 days we introduced ourselves, discussed the details of the project, got familiar with the eTwinning platform and TwinSpace as well as did a cultural tour around Sopot and the neighbouring cities Gdansk and Gdynia.
It was a great opportunity for the professional development in the friendly surrounding.
Partners in the Erasmus + KA2 project “Ad-dicted to Education!” with agreement number 2019-1-ES01-KA229-065445_1, given the situation around the coronavirus (COVID-19 outbreak), have unanimously decided to suspend the mobility we had planned for March 29 to April 2, 2020, to Zmijavci, Croatia and April 24 to 28 to Pyrgos, Greece.

Due to the pandemic situation throughout Europe, the teacher training mobility was carried out online. 18 teachers and educators from 6 partner countries took part in a 3 day online meeting. The agenda included discussing the planned project activities, learning about the new methodologies (PBL and Using Booktrailer as a learning resource), creating and presenting the activities for the future virtual mobility.
The topic of our first virtual mobility with children was Cultural heritage. During the 3 days of online meetings we performed the following workshops:
Presentation of 3-5 local monuments of every pertner country with some ideas to preserve them. Presentation ended with the Kahoot quizzes about these monuments.
Creating a digital map with cultural heritage monuments
Creating posters about the chosen books reperesentative of each country - 2 countries working in pairs
Writing stories based on a picture of each country - 3 countries working in a group and creating introduction, main part and a conclusion.
Dancing on a chosen song of each country and filming the dance
The tools used during the mobility: Zoom, Google Drive, apps for filming, GoogleMyMaps, Kahoot
The results were presented by each partner school the last day of the mobility. Host school prepared an interesting welcoming and closing ceremony as well as the quided tour of their town local museum in Brescia.

Our second virtual mobility dealt with Cultural heritage, especially typical food products and recipes, dancing and and creating advertisements for countries as tourist destinations. Apart for the activities for pupils, hosts had prepared a rich insight into their local beauties and their pupils' talents in playing different instruments.
The results of this mobility are numerous: presentations of typical products, recipes displays in forms of pictures and videos, dancing videos, presentations of partner countries and ads for tourists. Have a look at the agenda and the pictures and documents with the results.
