Committee Meetings 

Location: Lodge Common Spaces 

Start the conference by connecting with ACTAA committees and learning about the important work of the association. Locations of planned committee meetings will be determined at registration.

• The State Championship Tournament Committee will meet on Thursday, Sep 19, 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

• The Arkansas Student Congress Committee will meet on Thursday, Sep 19, 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

• The Publicity & Promotion Committee will meet on Thursday, Sep 19, 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

• The Recruitment & Mentoring Committee will meet on Thursday, Sep 19, 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. in the CCC Barracks just down the road from Mather Lodge.

If a committee plans to meet during this time, chairs should email lharrison@bentonvillek12.org to book a room and get listed on the schedule.
