General Membership Business Meeting

Location: Show Barn @ WinRock

This is our association’s annual membership meeting, where leadership will report the progress of the organization from the last year, and propose changes to the organization’s constitution and rules governing Arkansas Student Congress and the State Championship Tournament.

The business meeting agenda will be posted here. 

10:30- snack break   (mini chicken & waffles, berries)  Grab a snack then back to your table for business.

12:15pm - 12:30pm

Location: Outside of the Show Barn

• Take a stroll around the beautiful grounds of the Winthrop Rockefeller Center.

• Grab a coffee at the coffee shop.

• Take a self-guided tour of The Legacy Gallery to learn about Petit Jean and the Winthrop Rockefeller Center.

12:30pm - 2:00pm

Awards Luncheon  (soup, salad, choice of pasta w/alfredo or marinara sauce, chicken, warm vegetable, bread, dessert) (tea and water)

The association will join together for a provided lunch to celebrate successes in the profession and organization. Associational leadership will set the stage with a vision the next year.

Executive Council Meeting

Location: Show Barn @ WinRock

ACTAA Executive Council will meet post-conference in the hotel boardroom, to discuss key action items for the conference and Saturday's General Membership Business Meeting.
