BSP club is an organization where students can learn to be disciplined while also serving those in need. Also, one of the most important skills that a person must learn in order to succeed in life is leadership. This organization will assist them in further developing their leadership skills in order to become successful leaders in the future.

The Girl Scouts of the Philippines is the largest organization in the country offering life-changing opportunities for the character development and values formation of Filipino girls and young women. ACNSTHS GSP is one of the existing clubs/organizations under the whole girl scout organization to uphold the duties and responsibilities of a girl scout.

The Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Club offers students a welcoming environment with the objective of creating a safe and disaster-resilient place for them. The organization takes the initiative in institutionalizing disaster risk reduction, preparedness, and management. Create plans for the students regarding their disaster readiness and management, reduce the likelihood of catastrophic events now occurring, and manage lingering hazards in order to achieve sustainable development. All of these actions improve the students’ resilience to incoming dangers. This helps students, staff, teachers, and the school management assure safety and learning continuity.

The Red Cross Youth Club of ACNSTHS is a humanitarian organization that provides relief in times of disaster and promotes health and care for vulnerable people and communities. Through numerous leadership training, this group seeks to empower and educate Ansci students. The focus of this program is the development of life-saving skills among Red Cross Youth members in order to protect the students' lives and provide them with support in the event of an emergency.
