The ACNSTHS Supreme Secondary Learner Government is the highest governing body of students established in 2016 (as ACNSTHS Supreme Student Government). The government is founded on the principles of participatory democracy, responsible servant leadership, collaboration, unity, accountability, and efficiency in serving the student body.

Ang “Ang Tipolenyo” ay ang opisyal na pampaaralang pahayagan sa Filipino ng Antipolo City National Science and Technology High School. Naitatag noong 2015, itinataguyod ng organisasyong ito ang malayang pamamahayag ng paaralan sa pamamagitan ng pagsanay at paghubog sa mga mag-aaral upang maging mamamahayag na kaagapay ng katotohanan.

The Pendulum Chronicle is the Official English Publication of Antipolo City National Science and Technology High School. The publication is accountable for the dissemination of news updates regarding the school or the campus events and/or issues.

Ang Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral sa Filipino (SaMaFil) ay binubuo ng mga mag-aaral sa Antipolo City National Science and Technology High School na pinagbubuklod ng kanilang nagkakaisang interes sa kultura, panitikan, at Wikang Filipino. Sa pamamagitan ng pagsusulong ng mga proyektong may kinalaman sa nabanggit na asignatura, kanilang nahahasa ang kasanayan sa Filipino ng kanilang komunidad sa loob o labas man ng paaralan.

It is an organization consisting of ACNSTHS students who have a passion for English. Whether a major or minor member, the organization values the opinions of the people under it. By boosting each student's proficiency and confidence in utilizing the English language in writing and speaking, the organization shares its expertise and interest in the language with everyone, whether a member or not.

The mathematics club organization will serve as an instrument for ACNSTHS students to unlock their skills and apply them in the real world. This organization will be used to provide a fun-learning scheme to students, increase the engagement of students in Math and demonstrate that Math is a playful and interesting topic full of surprises.

The ACNSTHS Science and Yes-O Club is an organization that aims to instill and promote various concepts about Science and the environment within the hearts of the ACNSTHS youth. This club also aims to promote the love and support for sciences and engage with the school community, as well as promote one’s engagement and participation towards science and environment-related activities.

See Miracles In Life Everyday (SMILE) is a club affiliated with the subject Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao that focuses on guiding and shaping the youth. Its objective is to help in molding the youth, including themselves, into responsible decision-makers who act in the interests of the greater good with moral values as their ground for action. The club believes in and fosters personal responsibility for others, nature, God, and the country.

Research is essential to a student’s academic life in AnSci. Thus, the ACNSTHS Research Club was created to assist AnSci students with their research papers. It was established in 2022 with Mr. Rufino D. Idanan III as the club adviser.

The MAPEH club is a diverse collection of sectors that promote the ACNSTHS students' talents, creativity, intelligence, and capabilities in terms of sports, arts, and music.  It makes it possible for students to understand and learn about the benefits of reaching their potential in MAPEH activities.
