These books I have studied as a part of my preparation for independent academic job (research plus teaching). Later I have decided to write reviews on these books. These reviews are the result of my 3.5 years of study. Afterwords I never got enough time to read any full book completely, but one can definitely find direct or indirect influence of these books on my research as well as on my teaching.
