Solution: Rename the backup file
Ensure that the backup file name doesn’t contain any special characters, symbols or spaces. If it contains any of them, you have to rename it by using the following steps:
Click on the Start menu.
Click on My Computer and choose C: drive.
Search the company’s backup file.
Right-click the company’s backup file having .qbb in the end.
Select Rename and remove the special characters, symbols, or spaces from the file name.

Solution: Relocate the company file
