Make our best efforts to evenly distribute the workload.
Take full ownership of the tasks we are assigned and put forth our individual best efforts for the benefit of the project team.
Complete assigned tasks on time and request assistance from teammates to meet project deadline goals, if/when needed.
Be willing to assist teammates with tasks and review the work of teammates to provide constructive feedback.
Attend scheduled Zoom meetings to discuss our project. If unable to hold a meeting, we will let the project team know as soon as possible and work with the team to reschedule.
Communicate via group email and/or group text about any questions we have.
Follow the communications guidelines established in our Project Charter.
Make a good faith attempt to resolve issues or questions with the resources at our disposal prior to reaching out to the project team for assistance.
Discuss problems as a team and attempt to come to a consensus decision. If a consensus cannot be reached, the Project Manager will choose the solution that she believes will best allow the project to reach a successful conclusion.
Show up to meetings prepared, with any required tasks or reviews completed in advance, so that we can make best use of our time and address issues during the meeting.
Be considerate of team members’ time and make our best effort to address agenda items in the allotted meeting timeframe
Be committed to actively participating in meetings and contributing to group discussions.
Ask for clarification if something is unclear.
