Our annual Fall Party was held on Sunday, Sept. 28. Thank you to everyone who showed up (in spite of the threating weather) as well as our Albuquerqe Fire Department! Our next get-together opportunity will be for our annual business meeting next Spring. We'll post the details here once we have a date, time and place. A new postcard from ARENA will also show up in your mailbox priot to that.

Volunteers wanted for ARENA: we would love some help to keep our neighborhood a warm and inviting place to live. The time commitment ranges from 1 hour/year to 5 hours/year maximum. Please click HERE for more information.

ABQ Water Authority water restrictions: Apr-Oct no watering from 11 AM to 7 PM. Limit watering to 2 days a week in Apr-May, 3 days a week from Jun-Aug, 2 days a week Sep-Oct.

Short-term Rental Hotline: call 505-465-7710 to report a problem with a residence you suspect may be a short-term rental (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.). They can investigate to make sure the property is correctly registered with the city and send a code enforcement agent to investigate.

About Us: We are a neighborhood association of 300+ homes and our only purpose is to keep our neighborhood an attractive place to live. We have 2 meetings each year; an official meeting in the Spring for business and board member elections, and one in late summer/early fall as a way to get to know our neighbors. We also promote a neighborhood-wide garage sale as well as other events. We ask residents to contribute $20 yearly to help pay for weed control in our medians, the printing of the postcard we normally send out twice a year, this website, our post office box, the advertising for our neighborhood-wide garage sale, our annual fall get-together, and more.
