Our primary goal is to maintain the value of our homes by keeping our neighborhood attractive and inviting. To help do that we have a set of covenants we enforce year-round to keep up the appearance of our residences, yards and surrounding areas. Voluntary, annual contributions are just $20/year. These contributions pay for the items listed below, but every residence is allowed one vote at our Spring membership meeting (usually in early-mid April. Just print the form below (scroll down to view), include cash or check payable to ARENA, and mail it to us at PO Box 21435, Albuquerque, NM 87164. Thank you!

How Are the Contributions Used?
Board members are unpaid volunteers!
Year-round policing of neighborhood covenants to maintain home values
Year-round landscaping and weed maintenance of our common areas
2x a year printing and delivery of our postcard
Spring general membership meeting
Fall get-together
Twice a year neighborhood cleanup
Yearly neighborhood-wide garage sale

Our Post Office Box
Neighborhood Entrance Signs
New Resident packets
Printed 50 page neighborhood directories for contribuion-paying members
Office of Neighborhood Coordination required annual dues
NM Secretary of State’s required annual dues
District 8 Coalition required annual dues
