Our primary goal is to maintain the value of our homes by keeping our neighborhood attractive and inviting. To help do that we have a set of covenants we enforce year-round to keep up the appearance of our residences, yards and surrounding areas. Voluntary, annual contributions are just $20/year. Your annual contribution can be sent to ARENA87111@gmail.com via your bank's Zelle transfer application. It only takes 5 minutes to setup a Zelle account and add the ARENA email as a recipient. These contributions pay for the items listed below, but every residence is allowed one vote at our Spring membership meeting (usually in early-mid April. Just print the form below (scroll down to view), include cash or check payable to ARENA, and mail it to us at PO Box 21435, Albuquerque, NM 87164. Thank you!

2x a year printing and delivery of our postcard
Spring general membership meeting
