Math (Mrs. Elmendorf)
Today in Class: Today, we worked with our math multiplication and division facts by implementing them in input/output tables and creating an input/output robot! Their math facts are really picking up. I am impressed with them!
Homework: Choose the Operation sheet
Language Arts (Mrs. Long)
In Class Today: We acted out several chapters of the book From the Mixed Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler. The students seemed to enjoy mixing it up a bit versus just reading from the book like usual. If your child would like to finish reading the novel during spring break then they may borrow one of my books. We will finish the "play" next week then move on to a new until after our break. We also worked in pairs to complete some of the Mad Libs your students completed for homework last week. They are SO creative! I was SO impressed by the quality of their work!
