Welcome to Able2Love, a dating app built for disabled people and those who genuinely want to date them. By using the app you agree to these terms. Please read them.
WHO CAN USE IT
You must be at least 18 years old to use Able2Love. It is strictly for adults.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Keep your login details safe, give accurate information about yourself, and don't pretend to be someone you're not. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
HOW TO BEHAVE HERE
Able2Love only works if it's kind. You agree not to:
Harass, bully, threaten or abuse anyone.
Post or send hate speech, or anything cruel about someone's disability, body, race, gender, religion or sexuality.
Lie about your disability status, or fake being disabled or able-bodied.
Impersonate other people, run scams, send spam, or ask people for money.
Share anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, or content you don't have the right to share.
Harvest other people's information or misuse the app's features.
Breaking these rules can get you blocked, reported and removed.
CALLS, VOICE AND MEETCUTE FEATURES
Able2Love includes voice and video calls, voice messages, a public daily feed (MeetCute), live "Here Now" presence, and anonymous "Blind Date" voice calls. Use them respectfully. Public posts in the feed are visible to other users, and hate speech is blocked. Anything you'd be ashamed to say to someone's face doesn't belong here.
SAFETY
You can block and report anyone, including after a Blind Date, and we take reports seriously. For your own safety, meet first dates in public, arrange your own transport, and use the app's date-sharing feature to let someone know where you are.
YOUR CONTENT
You keep ownership of the photos, messages and recordings you create. By posting them, you give us permission to store and display them within the app so it can function. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share what you share.
NO GUARANTEES
Able2Love is provided "as is". We can't guarantee you'll find a match, that the app will always be available, or that every user is who they say they are. Use your judgement and stay safe.
ENDING THINGS
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
THE LEGAL BIT
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
