Terms of Service — Able to Love

Welcome to Able to Love. These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Able to Love ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Able to Love app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to use Able to Love. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or over and able to enter a binding agreement.

2. Your account
   You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use your own photos. One account per person.

3. Acceptable use
   You agree not to: harass, abuse, threaten or harm anyone; post unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit or violent content; impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, age or disability status; solicit money from or scam other users; use the app for advertising or spam; or collect other users' information. Breaking these rules may result in removal of content, suspension, or a permanent ban.

4. Content you post
   You keep ownership of the content you post (photos, videos, bio, messages). You grant us a licence to host and display it within the app so the service can work. You are responsible for what you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

5. Safety
   Able to Love provides tools to block and report other users, a Safety Centre, and an option to share your date plans with a trusted contact. We cannot run background checks on users, so you are responsible for your own interactions and should take sensible precautions, especially before meeting anyone in person. We do not guarantee the identity or conduct of any user.

6. Calls and communication
   The app offers messaging and video and voice calls. You are responsible for how you use these features and agree to use them respectfully and lawfully.

7. No warranties
   The app is provided "as is". We do not promise that you will find a match, that the app will always be available, or that it will be error-free.

8. Limitation of liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination
   You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time within the app (Profile then Delete Account). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes
    We may update these Terms and will notify you of significant changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
