Child Safety Standards — Able to Love
Last updated: 8 June 2026
Able to Love has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Although our service is strictly for adults, protecting children is a responsibility we take extremely seriously.
Adults only
Able to Love is exclusively for people aged 18 and over. Every user must confirm they are 18 or older to create an account. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use the app, and we remove any account we believe belongs to a minor.
Prohibited content and conduct
We strictly prohibit and act against any content or behaviour that sexualises children or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any attempt to contact, exploit or harm a minor.
Reporting
Any user can report concerns directly in the app using the Report tool available on every profile and in every chat. Reports relating to child safety are treated as our highest priority. You can also contact us at support@abletolove.app.
Our response
We review child safety reports promptly. Where we identify CSAE, we remove the content, ban the user, preserve relevant information, and report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement, as required by law.
Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
