Our laboratory focuses on the development of advanced photocatalyst technologies that utilize solar energy to drive chemical reactions for clean hydrogen production, degradation of harmful pollutants, and air and water purification.
We specialize in synthesizing nanostructured photocatalyst materials such as metal oxides, nitrides, and heterojunction semiconductors. Through detailed investigation of photocatalytic mechanisms, quantum efficiency, and photoelectrochemical properties, we aim to design highly active and stable systems.
Additionally, our research is planning to integrate photocatalysts with flexible substrates, large-area platforms, and detailed electrochemical and PEC (photoelectrochemical) analyses, aiming to build a practical pathway for real-world energy and environmental solutions.
