Course Description:

Musical Theatre at ABJ is a program that involves students from grades 9 through 12. The courses incorporate the three major interdisciplinary skill sets that are required of the musical theatre actor: acting, dancing and singing. Students will be introduced to these concepts in grade 9 and will continue to work toward excellence as they progress into the 15, 25 and 35 levels.

Musical Theatre 15 is a course offered to students in grades 10 - 12 and is the prerequisite course needed to continue into Musical Theatre 25/35. Musical Theatre 15 classes perform a one act musical performed in early June and Musical Theatre 25/35 is a combined course that focuses on the production of a full musical that is performed for an audience in late March.
