I am a project manager with 3+ years’ experience leading community-based initiatives and driving project execution from planning through delivery. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, task coordination, and performance monitoring, with a track record of improving program outcomes by 20%. Adept at managing cross-functional teams, streamlining internal processes, and ensuring alignment between project goals and client expectations. Experienced in leveraging digital tools for campaign management, reporting, and awareness creation. Brings a solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering impactful and efficient project outcomes.
Currently I lead a large-scale corporate social responsibility project by Access Bank Plc, Fifth Chukker, and the Kaduna State Government, with support from UNICEF. The goal is to transform a struggling public primary school in Maraban Jos, a community where over 10,000 children lacked access to quality education. When I first walked into the school, many classrooms had no doors, children sat on bare floors, and several shared one worn-out notebook. It was clear the challenge went far beyond infrastructure it was about restoring dignity to learning. Beyond the numbers, what inspires me most are the moments of impact: like when a young girl at the school, after receiving her learning materials, told me, “Now I want to be a teacher too.” Moments like that remind me why careful planning and execution matter it’s not just about delivering a project, but about planting seeds of hope and shaping dreams.
The work at Access Bank Fifth Chukker School has reinforced my belief that process and impact go hand in hand. By combining structured project management with empathy and stakeholder engagement, I’ve been able to transform ambitious ideas into initiatives that change lives. My commitment is to keep building and scaling projects that empower children, strengthen schools, and inspire communities toward a better future.
