Dear Parents/Guardians,

Our next Parents Association meeting will take place on Thursday, 5th  November at 7.00pm in Abbey Community College, and we would be delighted to welcome both existing and new members.

A strong and active Parents Association is an important part of our school community. It provides an opportunity for parents and guardians to:

• Have a voice and bring a parental perspective to matters affecting our school community.

• Strengthen communication and partnership between parents and the school.

• Share ideas and identify ways we can support our students and the wider school community.

• Connect with other parents and contribute to initiatives that enhance school life.

We would particularly love to see more parents getting involved this year. You do not need any previous experience, and joining does not mean taking on a significant commitment. The most important thing is having a broad and representative group of parents willing to share their views, ideas and perspectives.

The more parents we have involved, the better we can ensure that the Parents Association reflects the experiences and views of families across the school.

If you are interested in getting involved, or would simply like to find out a little more about the Association, please come along on 5th November at 7.00pm. There is no obligation to join, and you will be very welcome.
