Blum Creek has a ton of waterfalls along its route. Rooster Tail Falls is the final major waterfall along the course. The creek splits in two and tumbled down a cliff face. The right side has significantly more water, and when it crashes into the rocks at the bottom it sends up a massive rooster tail (hence the name). The left side tumbles more gracefully and might be dry when the creek is running lower.

I measured the falls at 105' in height, but that seems really high to me so I'll double check next time. This was the easiest of the Blum Creek waterfalls to get close to, and, like the others, the entire area is super green and lush so it is a beautiful location.

*Someone please come up with a better name for this one.
