Creating a sense of community in any traditional or virtual classroom is essential to focus, trust, creativity, feedback and enjoyment. As an educator, I want all of my students to be certain that when they enter my physical or virtual classroom door, they are safe to share their ideas and required to give constructive feedback to their themselves, as well as their peers.
