The incentives are based on the number of peak hour trips completed between;
Morning Peak Hour
Pickup from 7:00 AM - 9:59 AM
Evening Peak
Pickup from 5:00 PM - 7:59 PM

The incentives are applied to all flexi drivers.
Excluding Allstars & Captain Pro Programs drivers.
Eligibility Criteria:
Potential Drivers Eligible: To qualify for the Peak Hour Incentive, drivers must:
Complete at least 10 trips in a week.
Drive on 3 or more on weekdays (Including Monday).
Monday is compulsory
Incentive Tiers:
5 Weekdays:
Monday - Friday
Time: 7 AM - 10 AM or/and 5 PM - 8 PM
Minimum Peak Hour Trips: 20 trips/ Weekly
Incentive: RM 100
Driver Rating: Must be at least 4.5
5 Weekdays:
Monday + Any 2 weekdays (Between Tuesday - Friday)
Monday is compulsory.
Time: 7 AM - 10 AM or/and 5 PM - 8 PM
Minimum Peak Hour Trips: 10 trips/ Weekly
Incentive: RM 50
Driver Rating: Must be at least 4.5
Eligibility for Incentive:
Drivers must complete a certain number of peak-hour trips and maintain a driver rating of at least 4.5.
For the full incentive of RM 100, drivers need to complete 20 peak-hour trips across 5 weekdays.
For the partial incentive of RM 50, drivers need to complete 10 peak-hour trips across Monday and 2 other weekdays.
Terms & Condition
All flexi drivers in the KV Zone are eligible, except for Allstars & Captain Pro program drivers.
Drivers must meet the minimum trip count, fare collected, driver rating, and completion rate to earn incentives.
Regular passengers will be excluded.
AirAsia Ride has full right to suspend or cancel all incentives for that week if fraudulent or illegal bookings.
SCENARIO FOR PEAK HOUR INCENTIVE
Scenario 1:
Description
You completed 22 trips from Monday to Friday between 7-10 AM, and have a driver rating of 4.6."
Result:
You qualify for the RM 100 incentive.
Scenario 2:
Description:
"You completed 10 trips on Monday and Wednesday between 7-10 AM, and have a driver rating of 4.7."
Result:
You qualify for the RM 50 incentive.
Scenario 3:
Description:
"You completed 18 trips from Monday to Friday, but only 15 trips were between 7-10 AM, and you have a driver rating of 4.5."
Result:
You did not qualify for RM100 incentive. However, you qualify for RM50 incentive.
Scenario 4:
Description:
"You completed 12 trips on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but only 8 trips were between 7-10 AM, and you have a driver rating of 4.6."
Result:
You do not qualify for the RM 50 incentive because you did not complete 10 trips during the peak hours of 7-10 AM.
Scenario 5:
Description:
"You completed 10 trips from Tuesday to Thursday and you have a driver rating of 4.8."
Result:
You do not qualify for any incentive because you did not complete any trips on Monday as Monday is Compulsory.
Scenario 6:
Description:
"You completed 20 trips on Monday to Friday, and you have a driver rating of 4.4."
Result:
You do not qualify for any incentive because your driver rating is 4.4.
Scenario 7:
Description:
"You completed 20 trips on Monday to Thursday, and you have a driver rating of 4.4."
Result:
You do not qualify for RM100 incentives. Only the RM50 incentives. As the qualification for RM100 incentives needs to make trips every day. Monday to Friday
