Incentive Table
Below is the incentives table that will be enforced from 22nd July 2024 onwards.
Incentive Validity
Start Date: 22nd July 2024
End Date: 1st November 2024
Pickup Zone:
The incentive structure applies to all drivers operating within the KV Zone.
That includes Cyberjaya. (Previously it was excluded)
Driver Type:
The incentives are applied to all flexi drivers.
Excluding Allstars & Captain Pro Programs drivers.
Minimum Trips:
There are different incentive tiers based on the minimum number of trips completed by a driver in a given period. (Refer to the table)
Completion Rate:
Drivers must maintain a completion rate of 90% to qualify for the incentives.
Latest Driver Rating (for the week):
To qualify for the incentives, drivers must maintain a minimum driver rating of 4.5 for the week.
Minimum Fare Collected:
The minimum fare collected increases with the number of trips:
For 80 trips, the minimum fare collected is RM 800.
For 100 trips, the minimum fare collected is RM 1,000.
For 120 trips, the minimum fare collected is RM 1,200.
For 150 trips, the minimum fare collected is RN 1,400.
Incentive:
The incentive amount increases with the number of trips & based on fare collected:
80 trips and a minimum of RM800 fare collected, earn an incentive of RM 80.
100 trips and a minimum of RM 1,000 fare collected, earn an incentive of RM 100.
120 trips and a minimum of RM 1,200 fare collected, earn an incentive of RM 200.
150 trips earn an incentive of 300.
Incentive Payments:
The calculation of trips will be based on Monday to Sunday.
Payment will be made every between Wednesday to Friday.
Regular passengers will be excluded.
AirAsia Ride has full right to suspend or cancel all incentives for that week if fraudulent or illegal bookings.
Eligibility & Conditions:
All flexi drivers in the KV Zone are eligible, except for Allstars & Captain Pro program drivers.
Drivers must meet the minimum trip count, fare collected, driver rating, and completion rate to earn incentives.
Regular passengers will be excluded.
AirAsia Ride has full right to suspend or cancel all incentives for that week if fraudulent or illegal bookings.
Objective:
This incentive structure aims to encourage drivers to complete more trips, collect higher fares, maintain a high driver rating, and ensure a high completion rate.
SCENARIO FOR WEEKLY INCENTIVE
Scenario 1:
Description:
"You completed 85 trips, collected a fare of RM 900, and have a driver rating of 4.6 with a 91% completion rate."
Result:
You qualify for an incentive of RM 80.
Scenario 2:
Description:
"You completed 100 trips, collected a fare of RM 950, and have a driver rating of 4.5 with a 90% completion rate."
Result:
You qualify for the RM80 incentives. Due to fare collected is only RM950
Scenario 3:
Description:
"You completed 120 trips, collected a fare of RM 1250, and have a driver rating of 4.7 with a 92% completion rate."
Result:
You qualify for an incentive of RM 200.
Scenario 4:
Description:
"You completed 150 trips, collected a fare of RM 1450, and have a driver rating of 4.4 with a 90% completion rate."
Result:
You do not qualify for any incentive due to not meeting the driver rating requirement.
Scenario 5:
Description:
"You completed 80 trips, collected a fare of RM 780, and have a driver rating of 4.6 with a 93% completion rate."
Result:
You do not qualify for any incentive due to not meeting the fare collected requirement.
Scenario 6:
Description:
"You completed 150 trips, collected a fare of RM 1400, and have a driver rating of 4.5 with a 91% completion rate."
Result:
You qualify for an incentive of RM 300.
