Hello! My name is Aanvi Dogra, and I am passionate about cybersecurity, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and the growing role of security strategy in protecting organizations.
What interests me most about cybersecurity is that it is not just about technology — it is also about people, trust, decision-making, and helping organizations operate securely while continuing to grow and innovate. I enjoy exploring how cybersecurity, risk management, and governance work together to create resilient systems and stronger organizations.
I am deeply involved in community leadership and outreach. I currently serve as Secretary for EMPOWER, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on supporting and empowering women in cybersecurity and technology through community initiatives, events, and scholarship opportunities.
I recently graduated from Dublin Jerome High School while simultaneously earning my Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Cybersecurity from Columbus State Community College, and I am excited to continue growing within the cybersecurity and GRC space.
