Assisted in conducting research on health disparities affecting minority populations in Indiana.

Attended blood drives to assist in donor flow by checking donors in, answering questions, and monitoring the donors to enhance the donor experience.
Networked and shadowed various members apart of the leadership team in several different departments.
Conducted administrative tasks around the office like creating flyers for Versiti events, shredding old records, and helping set up and run events.

Worked with a team of interns on an organizational wide records reporting and storing project for Versiti. We presented our findings to the executive leadership board including Versiti's CEO, Chris Miskel, at the end of the internship.
Attended the annual 'Drive to Save Lives' blood drive at Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA).
Compiled and created a Versiti yearbook for each of the facilities in Indiana.
I also got the fun opportunity to learn how to draw blood, like a phlebotomist, and I got to practice on my supervisor!
