Early childhood education is a critical part of the future of children concerning their development, identity and wellbeing of children. The person should be educated as a teacher on the complexity of the interrelation between social, cultural, political, and economic worlds to create responsive, inclusive, and safe environments. The site considers five major areas that include economic disadvantage, social and cultural diversity, gender and sexuality, trauma and disaster, inclusion and additional needs and protection of the child. Each section talks about the effects of such contexts to development and learning of children with regard to theoretical opinions and practice-based evidence. Australia is a multicultural population, which has an Indigenous background, so teachers should take into consideration the general influences in the society, including census and policies (ABS, 2021). One can read into the literature as well as the national guidelines in order to critically examine the roles of educators and implement the practices that would contribute to equity, safety, and belonging of all children and families (Hodge & McMahon, 2022).
