CSG Lifetime Achievement Award
CSG LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
The Lifetime Achievement Award is for AAG/CSG members who have made substantial contributions to climatology and geography. Criteria for selection of awardees is based on significant achievements in research, student training and mentoring, and service to AAG/CSG. Awardees do not need to be retired; scholarship in the field of climatology for 20+ years can serve as a benchmark. The CSG Board evaluates the nominations and chooses the awardee. The award is presented at the annual CSG business meeting.Â
