This could simply be due to auto-renewal with the AAG, multi-year renewal with the AAG, or a lifetime AAG membership – in these cases the AAG does NOT prompt you to renew your membership(s) in any specialty group. CSG Purpose Statement

The Climate Specialty Group (CSG) of the American Association of Geographers (AAG) is the main society of climate scientists within the AAG. The purpose of the CSG is to encourage climate research and promotes climate education. We promote the exchange of climatological ideas and information, and the broad interests of climatology within the discipline of geography. We develop contacts and connections with other climatological organizations.
