Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to distance learning summer school in A 11. I know these times continue to be a challenge as we find what our new normal is. I wanted to take a moment to give a brief overview of summer school. You will notice most is very similar or the exact same to the regular school year.
Each Monday morning you will receive a schedule of daily lessons, resources and weekly activities. I will be scheduling individual virtual lessons with students each week. I am happy to schedule a standing time weekly or you can choose from the times listed in the email I send every Monday. I will continue scheduling the virtual lessons using Webex and will send you the link the morning of the lesson. Each week I will lead a class lesson on Friday's at 1:00 and will send the link Friday morning. Weekly lesson plans will include vocational activities and all materials will be hyperlinked directly to the specific activity on my website.
In addition, to my own website with summer school materials, below you will find a link to the ESY 2020 website for the high school and transition unit as well as the high school website we have been using since March.
Additionally if there is anything else that I can offer my assistance with at this time of uncertainty please let me know.
