My teaching philosophy is deeply shaped by my personal experience as a student with ADHD and Dyslexia, where I often struggled in traditional settings. Inspired by the incredible teachers who helped me navigate my own education, I became an educator myself.

With a decade of classroom teaching experience and consistent tutoring since 2019, the last two years have been specifically dedicated to working with students with Affective Needs.

My mission is to help all students thrive through engaging, interactive learning. I believe in connecting with and supporting every student, recognizing that effective learning often requires thinking and teaching "outside the box." I make a concerted effort to understand each student both personally and academically, ensuring that my teaching methods are tailored to their individual needs.

A unique part of my background includes teaching at one of the few schools selected by Google and i-Ready to pilot their new educational products. This amazing opportunity allowed my students and me to explore innovative educational technologies before they became common. Many of these platforms are now standard in American classrooms today. I continue to use platforms like Google Classroom and Smartboard Technology in my current work. These are tools I believe would have greatly benefited me as a student and that will undoubtedly help your student. In every session, I provide support for daily schoolwork and offer targeted additional assistance in the areas where students require the most help.
