I contacted Mr. Carmody because my daughter was having issues keeping up with her schoolwork after being absent too many times. He was my first (and only) choice because he was her 3rd-grade teacher and he still is her favorite teacher (she is in 7th grade now). He has been instrumental in getting her up to speed and also giving her the confidence she needed to succeed in class. She got a 100% on her first test after starting tutoring lessons with Mr. Carmody. We still high-five each other about it, and she has been doing great ever since.

Sean was great with our girls. He was our oldest daughter's favorite teacher at C2E and when COVID forced us to do at-home learning we called him. He agreed to help our girls once a week. Fast forward to now and our 6th grader was just inducted into NJHS  at Cimmaron Middle School and our 3rd Grader takes 4th-grade math at Gold Rush Elementary. Sean's been a game-changer for our son over the past five years. When our son was diagnosed with ADHD and Dyslexia in 4th grade, he really struggled with reading and math. But Sean's awesome, adaptable, and fun methods, like playing catch after sessions, totally boosted his confidence and grades. He even made the varsity football team as a freshman, which we absolutely credit to Sean's influence. He's been there for so many big family moments, and even though we'll miss his direct help, he's definitely still a part of our lives.
