Starting from humble beginnings as a teacher in Colombia to her life changing journey in the United States, Vásquez Bedoya tinspiring the world with her dedication to utilizing her experiences to empower others and make a lasting impact.
Vásquez Bedoya faced the difficult decision to leave her home country of Colombia to the US in 2021. In the new country, she was starting a temporary cultural exchange program, but the political instability in Colombia and threats made it impossible for her to return. The challenges and difficulties she faced has made her a driving force to survive and evolve. Her experiences have given her the strength to help and encourage others to live better.
She applies the knowledge gained from her Bachelor's degree at Tecnológico de Antioquia University and a Master’s degree in Education from Universidad Católica de Oriente as a tool for change. Her dedication to education has earned her international recognition, including a scholarship for doctoral studies in Australia, which, although earned, was not utilized. Despite having to leave these opportunities behind, she brought her passion for education to the United States, where she reestablished her career and dedicated herself to supporting others through learning and creative solutions.
Now, as a licensed loan officer and entrepreneur, Vásquez Bedoya is announcing her expanded mission to serve her community by bridging education and financial empowerment. Her work in the homeownership sector focuses on assisting hispanic community and first-time buyers in achieving stability and building a foundation for the future. She helps families to achieve her vision: a world where opportunity is accessible to all and resilience to difficulties.

Marizabel Vásquez Bedoya is a US-based educator, entrepreneur, and licensed loan officer who uses her knowledge and experience to help people, especially within the Hispanic community, secure new homes. Born in Colombia, she moved to the US in 2021 and chose to remain due to the political instability in her home country, which has prevented her from returning.
Marizabel Vásquez Bedoya began her PhD in Argentina in 2018. She is now dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through education and financial guidance of getting a new house.
