The Systems: We teach three systems - My Jong Law Horn, Ho Bak Hsing I, and Yang Tai Chi Chuan.
The History: My Jong Law Horn is a combination of the famed My Jong system (which dates back to the 13th Century) and the Lohan system. Hsing I’s history is somewhat younger however its predecessors are very old. Yang Tai Chi is the most popular system of Tai Chi in the world today. Our Chief Instructor began Kung Fu training in 1965.
The Curriculum: All three systems include basic techniques, empty hand sets, weapons sets, multiple partner sparring sets (with and without weapons), traditional weapons (sword, sabre, spear, staff, Kwan’s Knife, etc.), joint-locking, throws, sweeps, takedowns, pressure points, weapons defences, grappling, defences against multiple attackers, internal power exercises, etc.
Chi Kung: In addition to these systems, we also offer Chi Kung, ancient chi energy and health.
