Group 22 has consistently proven to give players an immersive and realistic experience of the units it intends to portray. Allowing members to create stories and partake in missions that not only look good, run good and play good but also feel completely immersed in. With dynamic civilian environments and interactions to largescale conflicts that could hold dire consequences if mistakes are made. In ARMA, actions are meant to have consequences and in 8 Troop that is more evident than ever. The Unit is designed to be new-player friendly and accepts members from all walks of life and have a player-curated experience above all else while adhering to the standards and stakes of a Special Forces Mission.

Missions are set to cover roughly 5-6 hours of total runtime with established sections of an operation to ensure all members in attendance get their fill. An example is below:

• 21:00 UTC - Server Goes Live

• 21:30 UTC - Pre-Recon & Support Load On

  • 21:30 - 23:00 UTC - Phase 1 of Mission

• 23:00 - Strike Team Load On

  • 23:00 - 01:00 - Phase 2 of Mission

• 01:00 - 02:00 - End of Mission

Unit Attendance Requirements outline you only need to make attendance for 1/2 phases per mission to ensure good attendance standing. You do not need to attend the full operation unless you choose to.

Operations take place every Wednesday and may alternate to Thursday where required (Notice will be given if this is to happen). Optional training takes place if demand is met. When outside of deployment a "Base Map" on Stirling Lines is available 24/7 and when on deployment an "Interim Map" is also accessible while remaining inside the Area of Operations (AO). Optional and Seasonal Events also take place such as a Halloween "SCP Campaign" as well as potential "Throwback Deployments". Please bare in mind before joining you must meet the following criteria:

• Aged 18 or Older

• Own a legitimate copy of ARMA 3 (No DLC Required but Highly Advised)

• Must have an instance of Discord / Teamspeak 3 for communications purposes

• Willing to maintain a commitment to Unit Events
