Payment Information

The conference is over-booked. Only participants with accepted registrations can proceed with the payment! 

• Conference participation fee for single room accommodation either at the Orthodox Academy of Crete (OAC) or at the specific hotel(s):  780€ per person

• Conference participation fee for double accommodation -exclusively- at the OAC: 570€ per person.

Important Conditions

• All the payments in EURO (exclusively) will be made by bank transfer to the new bank account of the OAC.

• All the bank charges are at the sender's expense.

• In the comments section of the bank transfer, each payee has to mention their name and ERNEST8 (no further information should be added). This comment section will be replicated in the receipt notice that will be provided to the payee by the OAC under request. No other invoice or receipt will be supplied by the OAC.

Payment Procedure

• The single and double room packages for OAC accommodation have to be paid to the OAC’s bank account by 26th March 2023. No refund will be possible.

Accompanying Guests

A limited number of children can be accepted at the OAC (notifying the OAC by 16th March 2023). The prices for these limited cases are the following:

• Children up to six (6) years old: free of charge.

• Children up to eleven (11) years old: 285€ per person and they will be staying in their parent(s) room.

• Children equal or above twelve (12) years old: 570€ per person and they will be staying in their parent(s) room.

• Accompanying persons: 570€ per person

Extra nights

• Extra single room accommodation at the OAC: 75€ per person per night.

• Extra double room accommodation at the OAC: 60€ per person per night.

The OAC will notify you about possible availability. Please inform us by Friday 20th April 2023.
