"This contract, agreement, pact, and/or promissory note is, and shall be, enforceable within 24 hours, and through perpetuity, when the individuals, Fifre, Violoneux , and Practique Garouxe, heretofore and upon further notice, known as the "Party in the First Part" agrees to the terms by written, verbal, or imaginary consent. This agreement will confer to the individual, Louis Garouxe, heretofore known as the "Party in the Second Part" the full faith and force required to collect, retrieve, take, or possess the agreed upon consideration for the transaction of goods as per Mort-du-Frere-Gage to complete the consideration upon the agreement wherein the Party in the First Part will surrender the rights, title, and responsibility for the ineffable quality of person-hood, or "life" as well as all holdings, lands, goods, progeny, and debts to the Party in the Second Part. Should the Party in the First Part wish to challenge, refuse, or abscond with the payment of 1000 gp due to the Party in the Second Part, the Party in the First part will be interred, not by the fault of the Party in the Second Part as the Party in the First Part is not in accordance with the agreement set forth by the two parties."
