OHVA LiveSchool FAQ
Due to high volume, items are still being shipped out. 😊 Within 7 – 10 business days of when you receive an updated email marking your items as “Shipped”, they should arrive.
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL UPDATE ONCE YOUR ITEM IS SHIPPED.
Not all items will arrive together. Some may arrive on different days.

HOW DO I GET SIGNED UP?
Complete a ticket by clicking 'Click above for Ticket to receive your LiveSchool Code' and submit it to receive your code within 24-48 business hours. Once you have your code, you will get signed up by entering it into the Student and/or Parent Sign In Page. After you enter your code, you will be prompted to complete your account by entering your school e-mail and creating a password.
HOW DOES RECOMMENDING ITEMS WORK? WHAT CAN I RECOMMEND?
As we get to the end of the school year, many (if not all) of the items that can be provided by teachers will disappear since they won't be applicable. Instead, we are going to adjust pricing on current items, and add items based on student recommendations! $25 and $50 Starbucks and Amazon Gift Cards were already limited (and noted) from the beginning, and the second store opening helped to reach that limit for these particular gift cards. Therefor, the remainder of the $25 and $50 Amazon and Starbucks Gift Cards are going to be for raffles only (there will be multiple raffles in the final opening). If you were saving up for one of these cards, think of the items you wanted to buy and suggest them to the store via the Ticket (you can also e-mail PBIS@ohva.org)! You can also input any questions or concerns on the Ticket if you need any clarification.
You can recommend a new store item by clicking above where it says 'Click above for Ticket to receive your LiveSchool Code or Put in a Recommendation for a Store Item' and submit it! Your item(s) will be reviewed for things like accessibility and pricing, and if they are able to be added to the store, you will see them listed within a couple days of the recommendation. You can recommend anything, but not all items will be picked/added to the store. You will not be notified if your item is not chosen. You can check the store periodically to see updates. All new items will be added by Friday of the week.

HOW DO I BUY AND CHECKOUT ITEMS?
Once the store is open, you will use it like a regular online store. Make sure you are looking at the teacher modifications on the left-hand side. You can also login on the left-hand side to LiveSchool to easily access your points while you shop! Do not purchase more than you can afford. When you check out, make sure you follow ALL instructions.
Get logged into LiveSchool (left) and check your points. You can add items to your cart that are equal or less than the total points you have. Once you check out, you will put your school email (notifications will arrive soon to e-mails for updates) and YOUR GRADE where it says PHONE NUMBER. After that, you will complete the checkout by following the steps, and patiently wait for your rewards :).
WHEN DO ITEMS SHIP AND GET DELIVERED? HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Also, receipts are officially going out from notifications.ecwid.com.
CAN I BUY THINGS WHEN THE STORE IS CLOSED?
You can not buy things while the store is closed. If your teacher has their OWN store for you to purchase from, you can contact them directly to buy items.
MY CODE ISN'T WORKING! HELP!
If you have already used your code once to set up your LiveSchool account, then you need to log in using the information you created (e-mail and username). Codes work once, are assigned once, and you do not receive a new one if you've forgotten your password. Instead, you can e-mail The PBIS TEAM (PBIS@ohva.org) to reset your password if you have forgotten.
DO POINTS CARRY OVER FOR NEXT YEAR?
No! Next year we will start fresh :) !
WHAT DEVICES CAN I USE TO GET LIVESCHOOL?
You can download LiveSchool Student onto your iPhone, iPad, or Android phone - just search for “LiveSchool Student” in the app store. You can also use LiveSchool on a laptop or PC.
HOW CAN I GET MORE POINTS?
Ask your teachers for feedback on how you can earn more points. Be sure to wait to ask until an appropriate time like after class!
I SEE DATA IN LIVESCHOOL THAT ISN’T RIGHT. WHAT CAN I DO?
Ask a teacher to double-check the information. Be sure to ask nicely and provide details on why you believe it isn’t correct.
I WANT TO LEARN TO PROGRAM AN APP LIKE LIVESCHOOL. HOW CAN I LEARN?
With lots of practice, you can learn how to program your own apps. If you want to start learning how to program, visit code.org/learn!
WHAT CAN I SEE IN THE LIVESCHOOL APP?
You can see bank account, a timeline of points and comments from all your teachers, and a listing of the rewards that you can buy. Stay tuned – we'll be adding more this year!
CAN OTHER STUDENTS SEE MY BEHAVIOR?
Only you, your parents, and your teachers can view your behavior in the LiveSchool app. Be sure to keep your password safe so that other students can’t log in to see your points.
Steps to Change Your Password
Click on the person icon in the upper right hand corner of the app
Select Change Password
Enter in your old password as well as your new password
Select Save

IS LIVESCHOOL FREE?
LiveSchool is completely free for you and your family. You will never see ads in our program and we will never sell your data to third parties.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CHILD IS NOT MEETING BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS?
Work with your child to set goals for better behavior in school. Consider rewarding your child at home for their progress at school, for instance, with allowance or computer time.
WHAT DEVICES CAN I USE TO GET LIVESCHOOL?
You can access LiveSchool from parent.liveschoolapp.com from your phone, tablet, or computer. Or you can download the LiveSchool Parent app from the App store or from Google play – just search "LiveSchool Parent."
I HAVE ANOTHER CHILD I’D LIKE TO ADD TO LIVESCHOOL. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have access codes for multiple children, you can add multiple students to your LiveSchool account. Click the Profile Icon and "Add a Student". Next, enter a Parent Code for your other child and submit.
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
Volunteer at school to help chaperone a field trip or school dance. If your school has a store where students can use their LiveSchool points, consider donating items or asking local businesses to donate items.
DOES LIVESCHOOL KEEP A RECORD ABOUT MY CHILD?
No. We delete all personal data about your child at the end of the school year.
Steps to Change Your Password
