Rainbow Springs State Park
Coming out of Rainbow Springs, participants will pass through the town of Dunnellon, and soon after run through a vast neighborhood, avoiding the highway for the day. The majority of this segment will take place through the backroads of the town of Citrus Springs, a small, residential town.

Homosassa Springs Wildlife State park
Upon arriving at the final Spring of the challenge, runners will have the opportunity to see the variety of wildlife, ranging from fish to bears, in the park. An Underwater Observatory gives participants the experience of seeing the beauty of nature from a unique perspective.
