Para Rescue lead Marshal:
This is the highest rank achievable in PARA. The PARA Marshal has proved to Medical Command that they are experienced within both the subdivision and medical corps. They hold full power over the PARA. They are also the head advisor for emergency surgeries and should be consulted when a severe or risky surgery is being performed. Para lead Marshal can promote up to Rescue Squadron Chief Combat Surgeon.
Oversee all surgery's performed by the Rescue Squadron sub-regiment.
Enforce Rescue Squadron rules and regulations
Encourage activity and teamwork among the Rescue members.
Provide Guidance for any issues encountered by the para Vice Marshal

Para Rescue Vice Marshal:
The para Vice Marshal acts as a direct advisor to the para lead Marshal. Their tasks usually include assisting the para lead Marshal in making decisions for the sub-regiment and communicating with the troopers. They also are the ones to suggest new ideas for the sub-regiment to the para lead Marshal. They are also one of the top consultants for emergency surgeries and should be contacted in case of surgeries that cannot be handled by the PARA RESCUE LEAD SURGEON . Rescue Squadron Vice Marshal can promote up to PARA RESCUE LEAD SURGEON .
Suggests new ideas for the sub-regiment to the Para lead Marshal.
Is ready to help and listen to any para member with ideas or complaints.
Makes sure everybody gets complex surgery trainings once in a while.

Lead surgeons are distinguished members of para that have proven their worth as dedicated soldiers. Their main responsibility is training new enlisted into the ranks of Rescue Squadron. They are also one of the main surgical representatives and practitioners a part of para. PARA LEAD SURGEONS can promote up to PARA RESCUE FLIGHT SPECIALIST

Rescue Squadron Senior Combat Surgeon:
Like an PRLS, except this is a less experienced version. PARA RESCUE FLIGHT SPECIALIST can do tryouts. These are worn surgeons that perform critical care and surgeries that are in battlefield situations.
Experienced with different kind of surgeries.
Ready for challenging surgeries and prepared to learn.
Makes sure the new member knows how to handle certain situations in a professional way.
Able to train medical members for PARA.
PARA RESCUE SURGEON:
Surgeons are enlisted with some seniority in the sub regiment. They are meant to serve as mentors in the field for enlisted troopers. These surgeons perform critical and priority care upon troops that have life threatening or severe injuries in combat situations.

Para Rescue Medic:
The primary force of Rescue Squadron. These members of 69th medical have passed their tryout and have shown they are ready to become full-on troopers. They are expected to show professionalism and follow orders. These medics perform basic medical support and non-severe surgeries to injured personnel.

Para Rescue trainee:
Members that have just completed their tryout and are still awaiting promotion. They should be having an ear out to higher ranks to learn more about the sub regiment. These are the newest members and perform basic medical practices.

- Stabilizing Injured Troopers -
Step 1 - Assess the victim and bring them to a sterile environment
Step 2 - Inject them with Anesthesia (Ketamine), or pain medication (Morphine)
Step 3 - Stop there Bleeding with Tourniquet or by applying pressure.
Step 4 - [R] Check their pulse 1-50 Critical (Not Breathing), 51-75 Critical (Semi-Stabile), 76-100 Stabile
Step 5 - Below 50 Start CPR.
Step 6 - Once Stabile gets them back to the ISD or Off-Ship Medbay and starts Surgery on them.
- Missing Appendages -
Step 1 - Assess the victim and determine missing appendage
Step 2 - Stop the bleeding by applying a tourniquet or apply pressure
Step 3 - Perform Bacta Sealing procedures
Note: Take this two ways: replace the appendage with Cybernetic appendage or wrap the wound and let it heal.
- Replacing Appendage -
Step 1 - Take a cybernetic or a prosthetic
Step 2 - [R] Attach the cybernetic to the nerves and blood vessels or close the wound and size the individual for a prosthetic
Step 3 - Give them saline or blood to replace lost fluids and blood
Step 4 - Give them pain medication and send them on their way
- Broken Bones -
Step 1 - Assess victim for any life threats
Step 2 - Access where the farcuted with the scanner
Step 3 - Stabilize the bone with either a splint or invasive surgery
Step 3 - Clean the area and wrap in a cast to allow for healing
- Shrapnel -
Step 1 - Assess victim for any life threats other than shrapnel
Step 2 - Locate the wound and sterilize it
Step 3 - remove the shrapnel and stop the bleeding
Step 4 - suture or staple wound closed
Step 5 - Wrap wound and cover with a sterilized dressing
- Bacta Sealing -
Step 1 - Clean the wound
Step 2 - Apply bacta to the affected area and wrap
Note: Used for Burns, Small Wounds and Blaster Bolt Wounds.
Bacta Injector -
This is the main medical item used by Rescue Squadron and is used to heal non life threatening wounds such as (Burns/Lacerations/Contusions/Punctures)
Stim Shot -
This is used as an adrenaline booster and allows troops to perform past their limits. This also works as a pain reliever equivalent to morphine.
Armor Kit -
Repairs armor from the line of duty and damages that may have occurred from battles
Forceps -
Used as almost an extension of your fingers and is used to pick up and move things during surgery.
Scalpel -
The main tool used for making incisions during surgery is a super sharp blade that can cut through all matters of flesh.
IV (Intravenous) -
Is applied to troopers that have lost copious amounts of fluids or need to have anesthesia given to them. This is a tube with a needle that allows a connection to your bloodstream to be formed to allow for injections of various medications and fluids.
Pain Relievers -
NSAIDs - Anti-Inflammatory
Corticosteroids - Used for musculoskeletal injuries and are powerful anti inflammatory
Acetaminophen - Increases the body’s pain threshold
Opioids - Narcotic analgesics modify messages to brain
Antibiotics -
Penicillins - Antibacterial
Tetracyclines - Treats UTIs and STDs
Cephalosporins - Bactericidal (Kill bacteria)
Fluoroquinolones - used for airway infections and inflammations
Anesthesia -
Regional Anesthesia - used to block pain in specific parts of the body
General Anesthesia - makes unconscious and insensitive to pain
Sedation - relaxes and allows for a natural sleep easily able to be woken up
Jet Pack Regulations
DEFCON 5: never use your jetpack on ship at DEFCON 5
(Missions /sims are the exception.)
DEFCON 4: Only use your jetpack in combat on DEFCON4
DEFCON 3: You may use your jetpack as needed
DEFCON 2: You may use your jetpack as wanted
DEFCON 1: There are no restrictions to jet pack use.
Never spawn more than one jetpack, and never give your jetpack to other troopers regardless of rank.
(It is recommended you use your jet pack to flank your enemies but don't go over walls)
Any abuse of the jetpack will end up in you being removed from para troopers and further punshments within the battalion itself!
