#1. SGT+ Should Know and enforce all rules of the battalion.
#2.SGT+ should mentor and ensure that all lower-ranking personnel understand all aspects of being a trooper in the medical battalion.
#3. If you run into problems, you should follow the Chain of Command to seek assistance.
#4. You must meet quota for the week or else you will receive a strike.
#5. SGT+ are required to be in TeamSpeak whenever you are on a Medical Job.
#6. You should be doing various activities to insure the battalion is engaged and entertained.
#7. When patrolling the ship make sure you are acting in a professional manner.
#8. Make sure to be active on Forums and Discord.
#9. SGT+ are required to attend the Medical Meeting held at 5:30 PM EST on Saturdays in the TeamSpeak Medical Lounge.
#10. 2LT+ are required to attend the Medical Officer Meeting held at 5:30 pm EST on Friday in TeamSpeak Medical Command Office.
#11. 1SGT-CSM Can promote up to SPC.
Communication & Giving Orders:
Note: Giving orders to your troops can help guide them in a positive direction in the Medbay and during combat.
#1. NCO+ may use /comms to communicate with fellow medical to give out stations and checkup on them.
#2. MAJ+ may use radio during combative event to communicate to the ship.
#3. Show respect to those that you are giving orders to.
#4. Make sure your orders are clear.
#5. Make sure to use codes as often as you can.
Note: SGT+ may host trainings, SFC+ may host SIMs/Trainings & 2LT+ may host Missions/SIMs/Trainings
Description:
Trainings - Trainings are events hosted by SGT+ that doesn't that doesn't involve a Gamemaster but are used to keep troopers entertained and to teach them something new
Simulations - Simulations are events hosted by SFC+ that needs a Gamemaster to sit up and most of the time need you to claim an area, this is used to do something fun and creative to keep troops entertained.
Preparation:
When prepping for a SIM/Training make sure you know who will be joining your SIM/Training, and if you need to claim somewhere make sure you advert it, so no one steals it from you.
Getting a Gamemaster:
Note: Only for SIMs and missions
You will have to make a report by doing /report and select for reason "Need a Gamemaster" and for Player select "Other" and click report then a Gamemaster will take your ticket and help you.
Ending SIM/Training:
When ending it make sure that all troopers change their names back if it was a SIM and that you log it in the Simulations and Training Fourm. Make sure you know what battalions joined and how many people where there.

Therapy, Surgery Training, Healing Patrol, Formations Training, Redacted Checkup Training, Battalion Checkups.
Simulation:
Boxing SIM, PVE SIM, PVP SIM, Breaching SIM.
NCO / OFFICER QUOTA
NCO QOUTA
Medical NCOs have a TRYOUT quota of 3 tryouts every WEEK but they need to exceed their quota to be promoted.
OFFICER QUOTA
LOW medical officers have a SIM, MISSON, AND TRAINING quota of 3 loggings every week but you have to do 4 to be promoted.
COMMAND OFFICERS Also have a weekly quota of 3 but need to do 5 loggings to be promoted. ALL medical officers have an activity quota that requires them to have 2-3 productive hours every 2 days.
